| Next week ballot papers will be sent out in Unite for its General Secretary election. This is a very important ballot as Unite plays a vital role in defending its members, including by supporting socialist policies and candidates within the Labour Party. It is crucial, not only for Unite members, but also for the entire labour movement that the union maintains its socialist leadership.
