“The continued hostile practices Oxford University Press uses on their own employees must end.”
By Strike Map
Over 30 Unite members at Oxford University Press in the Finance Operations departments are at risk of losing their jobs. These roles are planned to move to EXL Services in India as part of Oxford University Press’ longer-term outsourcing agenda, putting profit before their workers who make these profits. The continued hostile practices Oxford University Press uses on their own employees must end. Add your voice to call out their behaviour and the reputational damage this has on their organisation.
This template letter is addressed to all the decision-makers at Oxford University Press to reverse this decision by reinstating these jobs and to meaningfully negotiate with those at risk in Unite at Oxford University Press.
