“Stand firm in your fight for fair pay and better conditions,” is the message to PCS members from the PCS Parliamentary Group ahead of our next round of strategic, targeted strike action across the civil service and public sector starting on Monday.

The group, which brings our union’s priorities and issues to the attention of MPs, sent the message as members in the Passport Office, Ofgem, Government Digital Services, DVSA, DVLA, British Library, British Museum, National Highways and APHA, gear up for action over the next few weeks. See who is striking when.

The parliamentary group message read: “We continue to stand in solidarity with every single PCS member taking action in the coming weeks. We are proud of the strength and commitment of every single member and hope that you stand firm in your fight for fair pay and better conditions.

“For the next few weeks HMPO members will be at the forefront of this vital campaign, alongside colleagues in DVLA, Ofgem, Government Digital Services and APHA, to name a few. You are all sending this disgrace of a government a clear message – workers united shall never be defeated. Solidarity from the PCS Parliamentary Group, we shall see you on the picket lines.”
