Boris Johnson has left Downing Street. Later today the latest in the long sequence of Tory Prime Ministers will begin to form her government – and will set out her response to the crisis caused by soaring energy prices.
The exact details of the package Truss will announce will be clearer by the end of the day, but a key issue is who will pay for it and how.
Tomorrow evening I’ll be joining a panel of speakers for an online discussion about what happens next as the Tories attempt a relaunch.
